Umoja Bushvilla can be rented througout the year from 1 night (X-mas period minimum 2nghts).

ZAR prices are valid for South African residents only. (proof of residency will be required)
During Marula festival (1 weekend in Feb or March), different price + minimum stay is applicable. Kindly also note we are a bush estate and do not accept outdoor music or noise hinder. Please enquire with us for your stay during this period.
For stays of less than one week, we require the total amount at the time of booking. For bookings for a week or more, we require a 50% deposit at the time of the booking and the remaining 50% one month prior to arrival. Free cancellation until one month before arrival.
**Housekeeping =check-in & -out cleaning and for stays >4ngts, every 3rd or 4th night. Extra cleaning is possible at an additional fee. No washing machine available but paid laundry service.
Check-in time 14h-17h. For later arrivals, please contact us beforehand.
Check-out time 6:30h-10h.
Stricktly no smoking in and around the house and no pets allowed.
